SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Domestic Shipping:

  • We ship products to almost all parts of India.
  • You can choose payment currency as Indian Rupees for shipping within India.
  • Shipping Charges: The shipping charges are calculated according to the weight, volume and destination. These will be calculated based on the ordered items and the actual charges will be intimated to you with the order details. The order amount alongwith shipping charges have to be deposited in our bank account in order to process the order. 
  • Hidden Charges (GST, Entry tax etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes and you need not pay anything extra.
  • Partial refunds will not be entertained
  • The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.
  • We generally dispatch our orders within 5 business days from the date of receiving cleared payments and deliver the orders in 7 working days. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

International Shipping:

  • The Kanha Store does deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world. We use Delhivery, DTDC, India Post or FEDEX to deliver your shipments safely and timely to you.
  • For international orders, you will have to choose USD as your currency. Payments made in Indian currency will only be eligible to be shipped within India.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on our products outside India on orders above $30.  The shipping charges can be modified by Anjana Traders at any point without prior intimation. The new charges, if any would reflect in the checkout flow.
  • Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Customs Duty etc.): Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra as per laws of India. Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the local laws of the land.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Thekanhastore.com hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
  • Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days.
  • Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. A PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO is a must for any case of returns or damage. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it.
  • You must call as soon as you receive a damaged product along with the PACKAGE OPENING VIDEO. You can return the product within 2 days of receiving with the form sent by customer care team. In case if you opt for refund  money would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 working days. Further the cost of shipping back the product to us will be reimbursed in the form of a coupon of Divyamantra.
  • Incorrect items received: We are proud of our services, and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In a very rare and unlikely case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we would request you to let us know about the same the day you receive it and return the product within 2 days of receiving with the form filled sent by customer care team and we will ship the right items to you right away once the old one is received back. In case if you opt for refund money would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days. Further the cost of shipping back the product to us will not be reimbursed.
